Arab Bread Koftas
Ingredient
- 4 pieces of Fresh Baked Arab Bread
- 4 Potatoes
- Few stalk of chives
- 1 Tsp ground pepper
- 1 Onion
- 6 pieces Red Chillies
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Tbsp Margarine
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce & 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
Preparing the ingredient
15 Minutes
- Peel off potato and cut it to thin slices
- Clean and cut 2cm of the chives
- Slice thinly the onion to halve ring
- Crush Garlic and red chillies
- Brush sparingly margarine on both side of the bread
How to cook?
10 minutes
- On a preheat pan of medium level brown up the breads on both side and keep.
- Put into the pan remaining margarine, add in the sliced potatoes,soften it for about 5 minutes
- Add in crushed garlic,crush red chillies, pepper and mix well.
- Add in the sliced onion and the chives
- Add salt to taste and stir gently the combination for another 4-5 minutes.
- Use the mix as top up vege combi on the arab's bread
