Arab Bread Koftas

Arab Bread Koftas
  • 4 pieces of Fresh Baked Arab Bread
  • 4 Potatoes
  • Few stalk of chives
  • 1 Tsp ground pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 6 pieces Red Chillies
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Margarine
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce & 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
Preparing the ingredient 
15 Minutes
  • Peel off potato and cut it to thin slices
  • Clean and cut 2cm of the chives
  • Slice thinly the onion to  halve ring
  • Crush Garlic and red chillies
  • Brush sparingly margarine on both side of the bread
How to cook? 
10 minutes
  • On a preheat pan of medium level brown up the breads on both side and keep.
  • Put into the pan  remaining margarine, add in the sliced potatoes,soften it for about 5 minutes
  • Add in crushed garlic,crush red chillies, pepper and mix well.
  • Add in the sliced onion and the chives
  • Add salt to taste and stir gently the combination for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Use the mix as top up vege combi on the arab's bread
Ready to Serve: May  also use Tomato or Chilly sauce to the Top Up Vege Combi.
