Kebab Mondo Vegetables

  • 4 Pita Bread for Kebab Shell
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red Apple
  • 2 Big Red Chillies
  • 100gm Green Peas
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Dried Parsley Flake
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt to taste
Preparing the Ingredient
15 Minutes
  • Cut the Pita bread into 2 halves, brush with olive oil on both side and brown it on a heated pan, let it cool for a while and make incision for the filling
  • Cut into cube, the peel of potato, discard the tomato seed and also cut into cube, so with onion
  • Big Red Chillies, cut into julienne leaving the seed strand
How To Cook?
12 minutes
  • In a preheat pan, add in the remaining olive oil, when hot put in the potato cubes,apple,onion,red chillies and green peas then add salt and stir mix over a medium heat for about 6-7 minutes.
  • Add in salt, pepper and dash of parsley flake, stir mix for for another 4 minutes
  • Add Mayonnaise and Tomato Ketchup and heat up for another 3-4 minutes
Ready to serve, this is all vegetarian kebab by excluding mayonnaise, and replace with chilli sauce.
